Our Office has a connection with the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement online Company Information and Electronic Company Procedure Service. Using this we undertake to acquire or check on valid certificates of incorporation, company abstracts, reports, balance sheet data, other company information.

Our Office undertakes to acquire property records data using the TAKARNET program (land register titles, map copies).

In connection with property transaction we undertake to submit documents to the Land Office, the acquisition of authentic land register titles, document and map copies, and location plans in cases involving Land Office procedures and property records.

 

In connection with company affairs we undertake the submittal of documents to the court of registration, the acquisition of authentic company information from the courts of registration, and from the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement. At the request of our clients we also undertake to acquire company document copies, reports from the court of registration.

 

In the interest of providing a comprehensive service for our clients we have established good relationships with several accountancy firms and tax advisors to provide assistance in tax consulting and auditing issues.
